Welcome to Egypt Pyramids Inn. By making a reservation, booking a tour, or using any service through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

Hotel Reservations

  • All room reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment.
  • Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or USD as displayed at the time of booking.
  • Room rates are per room per night and include only what is explicitly stated in the booking (e.g., breakfast, airport transfer).
  • Egypt Pyramids Inn reserves the right to adjust rates due to seasonal demand, public holidays, or government-imposed levies.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email once payment is received.

Tour Bookings

  • All tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment.
  • Group bookings of 10 or more travelers may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
  • Tours booked as part of a hotel package must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.

2. Cancellation Policy

Hotel Reservations

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours before check-in: full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24–72 hours before check-in: one night's charge applies.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: full booking amount is charged with no refund.
  • Early check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee equivalent to one night's rate.

Tour Bookings

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour start time: full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.
  • Egypt Pyramids Inn reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
  • Egypt Pyramids Inn reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who cannot provide valid identification.

4. Hotel Room Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises unless prior written approval has been obtained.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest's account.
  • Egypt Pyramids Inn is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or front desk security storage.
  • Any behavior that disrupts other guests or staff will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

5. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Each tour listing clearly states what is included (transportation, licensed guide, entrance fees, meals where applicable). Any items not explicitly listed are excluded. Personal expenses, tips, gratuities, and optional activities are always at the traveler's own cost unless otherwise stated.

6. Our Responsibilities

Egypt Pyramids Inn operates as a licensed hotel and tour operator in Egypt. We are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or itinerary changes caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, civil unrest, road conditions, or any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.

7. Traveler & Guest Responsibilities

  • All guests and tour participants must carry a valid ID or passport at all times.
  • Any medical conditions, disabilities, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Tour participants are expected to arrive at the designated pickup point on time. Egypt Pyramids Inn is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival.
  • Guests and travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, fellow guests, and local communities at all times.
  • Egypt Pyramids Inn reserves the right to remove any guest or traveler from its premises or tours without refund if their conduct poses a risk to themselves, others, or our staff.

8. Transportation & Tour Itinerary

  • All transportation provided by Egypt Pyramids Inn is operated by licensed, insured drivers in well-maintained vehicles.
  • Tour itineraries are carefully planned but may be subject to change due to traffic, road conditions, site closures, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always provide the best available alternative experience.

9. Health & Safety

Guests and tour participants engage in all activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings. Our staff are trained in basic first aid and will provide full assistance in any emergency situation.

10. Photography & Media

Photos or videos captured on our premises or during our tours may be used by Egypt Pyramids Inn for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes unless you notify us in writing before your stay or tour begins. We will never share personal identifying information alongside any media without consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Egypt Pyramids Inn website and booking platform — including text, images, logos, room descriptions, and tour content — is the exclusive property of Egypt Pyramids Inn and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

12. Complaints & Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay or tour, please notify our front desk or team immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of checkout or tour completion.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
